Since our February 2011 Winter Yoga Vacation at the Westin Resort and Spa was so spectacular and rejuvenating (see testimonials), we are excited to announce the Yoga and Meditation Center of Montclair’s second annual Winter Yoga Vacation.

Relax and indulge yourself with Yoga, Meditation, Yamuna Body Rolling, Spa Treatments, sun and surf on a stunningly beautiful beach

• Seven nights, double occupancy, in a Deluxe Ocean View room with balcony, at the award winning Westin Resort and Spa, Los Cabos.
• Two classes per day, access to the Westin Workout Fitness Center, putting green, and tennis courts, full breakfast each morning and a celebratory group welcome dinner,
• All classes taught by Master Yoga Teachers: Susan Morton or Susan Wilson
• Therapeutic Yoga available by appointment

This setting offers many options. The spacious resort can be an oasis of rest and calm for those who prefer a more “zen” vacation experience. For those who want to explore, there are desert tours, world class golf courses, diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, whale watching, horseback riding, and more. There are also excellent restaurants, shops, and galleries in San Jose del Cabo and in Cabo San Lucas.
