Take a luxurious break from winter and spend a relaxing and invigorating week doing yoga, meditation, and Yamuna Body Rolling at the spectacular Westin Resort and Spa in Los Cabos overlooking the Sea of Cortez at the tip of the Baja Peninsula. This is a unique opportunity to spend a week at the beach with Susan Morton and Susan Wilson, two extraordinarily gifted Master Yoga Teachers and highly skilled yoga therapists. Together they combine an unparalleled depth and richness of over 50 years teaching experience sharing the knowledge and art of yoga and meditation.

This architecturally award-winning luxury resort and spa earned a Four Diamond Award from AAA in 2010. It has been on the cover of Architectural Digest due to its organic environmental design. The hotel, built on the side of a cliff, has a beautiful, uncrowded beach, several infinity pools, and iconic landmark architecture. The famous arch in the center of the building is a tribute to the natural rock arch, a World Heritage site, in the sea in Cabo San Lucas. All rooms are ocean view. There are four restaurants and a Sushi Bar. The Spa offers many treatments including Ocean Front Massages. There is wireless high speed internet throughout the hotel. The Westin has its own bus that goes to and from Cabo San Lucas every hour.

The trip includes a double occupancy room with a balcony and ocean view, two classes per day, a full breakfast each morning, one dinner for the group, access to the Westin Workout Fitness Center, putting green, and tennis courts.

• Double occupancy, $1550 per person.
• Single occupancy $2,300 per person.
• A $500 deposit is due at the time of reservation.
• Payment in full is due on Sept. 30, 2010.
• These prices do not include airfare.

Cancelation Policy

The deposit is refundable until Sept. 15. From September 15th to December 1, 2010, 80% of the payment is refundable. After December 1, 2010, payment becomes non-refundable. A processing fee of $50 per person will be charged on all cancelations.
