Our graduates are trained in classical hatha yoga with a holistic approach that includes physical, mental, and spiritual understanding of asana, pranayama, and meditation. We teach in the spirit of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali which are an essential aspect of our studies. We feel that it is a great privilege and sacred responsibility to pass on to our students the art and science of the teaching of yoga as we have come to understand it through our years of practice and study.
The Teacher Training will be offered again in 2010, dates to be announced.
Our training is limited to ten students. We require a minimum of 2 years of yoga study and practice. The cost of the training is $3000.
